Very informative and friendly. We have kayaks and wanted to do some river paddling and camping, but needed a shuttle and weren't sure where to go or how much distance we could expect to cover each day. I talked to Guy, the owner, several times over a couple of weeks (always had to leave a message, but would always get a call back the same day). He asked lots of questions about us, our previous experience and what we were wanting to do, then recommended a portion of the Namekagon feeding into the St. Croix (Map #3). When we arrived, we were greeted by John, who was our driver. He was obviously very experienced in river trips, made sure we had a map of the appropriate part of the river, and gave us lots of helpful tips during our drive to our starting point. The trip was the perfect length - not too long, not too short. We went 33 miles in 3 days - we ended up on the river 3-5 hours per day, including a significant amount of time just floating down the river while the kids swam alongside the kayaks. I liked how they handled their shuttle service - John drove us (in our van) to the starting spot, helped us unload, then drove our van back to their Danbury location. The day we were to finish, they drove our van to our landing spot and parked it with the keys inside, so we didn't have to worry about having to meet anybody for a pick up.
Everything perfect!!! Service was great. You won't be dissapointed!!!
